SVE Executive Homes & Pricing

Also within the residential portion of the project are the pre-designed luxury “Executive Homes “.  These homes range in size from 2,000 - 5,000 square feet with a bedroom mix of 2 to 5 br’s and 2 to 4.5  baths.

The SVE Executive  Homes currently feature 4 models.  Due to the current uncertainty of labor and material prices in Ghana. We are forced to give a price range that our (4) model homes will fall within.  The price range for 2025 based on current homes completed is set at ($170k to $220k or cede equivalent).  These prices will be adjusted in 2026 when Labor and Material Cost are more stable.
